花江夏樹さんは、幼い頃からアニメとゲームが大好きな少年でした。特に 「ドラゴンボール」 や 「ポケットモンスター」 などの作品に影響を受け、声優という職業に憧れを持つようになったそうです。
Natsuki Hanae loved anime and games since childhood, especially classics like "Dragon Ball" and "Pokémon", which inspired his dream of becoming a voice actor.


学生時代は内気な性格だったものの、自宅でアニメのセリフを真似たり、独学で声の表現を練習していたそうです。高校卒業後、本格的に声優を目指して 東京アナウンス学院 に入学。そこでは基礎から徹底的に発声や演技を学びました。
Though shy as a student, he practiced imitating anime lines at home and studied voice acting seriously after entering a specialized school, Tokyo Announce Academy, after high school.


デビュー前はアルバイトをしながらオーディションを受け続け、なかなか結果が出ず苦労した時期もあったと言います。しかし、諦めずに努力を続け、2011年に念願のアニメ 「ゴールデンタイム」 で声優デビューを果たしました。
Before his debut, he worked part-time jobs while repeatedly auditioning, facing many rejections. Still, he never gave up, and in 2011, he achieved his dream by debuting in the anime "Golden Time".


その後、徐々に実力を認められ、2014年には 「東京喰種」 の金木研役に抜擢。この役で注目を集め、繊細な演技と感情表現の幅広さが高く評価されるようになりました。
Gradually gaining recognition, he was cast as Kaneki Ken in "Tokyo Ghoul" in 2014, a role that earned him critical acclaim for his delicate and emotional performance.


そして2019年、 「鬼滅の刃」 で主人公・竈門炭治郎役に抜擢。この作品の世界的大ヒットにより、花江さんの知名度は一気に上昇。多くのバラエティ番組やインタビューに出演するようになり、声優業界のみならず日本の一般メディアでも顔を見る機会が増えました。
