Let’s Go to Shinagawa Aquarium!｜品川水族館へ行こう！
先週の土曜日、私は友だちと品川水族館へ行ってきました。
Last Saturday, I went to Shinagawa Aquarium with a friend.
品川駅からバスで10分ほど。住宅街の中に、青い大きな建物が見えてきました！
It was about a 10-minute bus ride from Shinagawa Station. A large blue building appeared in a quiet neighborhood!
Entrance and First Impressions｜入り口と最初の印象
入り口には可愛いイルカのモニュメントがあって、思わず写真を撮りました。
There was a cute dolphin statue at the entrance, and I couldn’t help but take a picture.
チケット売り場のスタッフはとても親切でした。「チケットを2枚お願いします」と日本語で言うと、「はい、どうぞ！」と笑顔で返してくれました。
The staff was very friendly. When I asked for two tickets in Japanese, they smiled and handed them to us, saying “Here you go!”
Exploring the Aquarium｜見どころ紹介
- トンネル水槽（Tunnel Tank）
頭の上をサメやエイが泳ぐトンネルは迫力満点！「うわー、すごい！」 - The tunnel with sharks and rays swimming overhead felt like walking under the sea. “Wow, amazing!”
- イルカショー（Dolphin Show）
ジャンプやダンスで大盛り上がり！「拍手をお願いします！」というフレーズも学びました。 - The dolphins jumped and danced. I learned the phrase “Please give a round of applause!”
- アザラシ館（Seal Hall）
のんびり泳ぐアザラシがガラス越しに近づいてきて、まるで「こんにちは」って言ってるみたいでした。 - The seals swam slowly and came close to the glass, almost as if saying “Hello!”
- クラゲコーナー（Jellyfish Corner）
青いライトに浮かぶクラゲがとても幻想的でした。 - The jellyfish glowing in the blue lights looked magical and relaxing.
- タッチプール（Touch Pool）
ヒトデやナマコに触れて、「やわらかい！」とびっくりしました。 - Touching starfish and sea cucumbers was surprising — “So soft!”
ランチ＆休憩タイム｜Lunch and Break Time
館内のカフェでイルカ型のパンとホットドッグを食べました。かわいくてインスタ映え！
We had dolphin-shaped bread and hot dogs at the café — super cute and Instagram-worthy!
「また来たいね！」と友だちと話しました。
We both said, “Let’s come back again!”
A Little Trouble… and Japanese Practice!｜ちょっとしたトラブル＆日本語練習
イルカショーの時間を間違えて、スタッフに質問しました。「すみません、次のイルカショーは何時ですか？」
We got the dolphin show time wrong, so I asked, “Excuse me, what time is the next dolphin show?”
スタッフさんが「今からすぐ始まりますよ！」と教えてくれて安心しました。
The staff kindly told us, “It will start soon!” I was relieved.

Final Impressions｜感想
品川水族館は思ったより広くて、ゆっくり楽しめる素敵な場所でした。
Shinagawa Aquarium was bigger than I expected — a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.
次は夜のイベントにも参加してみたいです！
Next time, I want to join a nighttime event too!

I made eye contact with a big shark in the tunnel — it made my heart race!
